Tarte, it is 99% natural and you can find it in any ULTA and/or Sephora.
A great drugstore foundation for women of color in my opinion would be the Covergirl Queen collection, 3-n-1 flawless foundation. I use it myself, I LOVE IT! I have a review on it on the blog that you can check out for details for further information.
Well, I would suggest for anybody to find a GREAT drugstore foundation that you can wear everyday and then a professional brand to use on your nights when you go out or want something that is going to last you all day.
My personal opinion is that if whatever you put on your face is not natural regarding foundation its not good for the skin, especially if used everyday. you want to give you face time to breathe. If you do need to wear a foundation everyday then I would try a foundation that is hydrating.
Hope this helped!
I do not use Ben Nye Banana Powder, but I have tried it. It is a great product to use to set any liquid foundation. The hype around it is the warmth of the color especially for women of color. & like I said it’s great for setting. There are many other powders that i believe to be better like any compact HD powder for instance, smashbox or cargo…Any HD foundation or powder are good if you’re the type to take a lot of pictures because it doesn’t give you that shine in the picture. Hope this helps!
